Instant quoting software for manufacturing
Quote anything your shop can make.
A buyer drops a 3D file onto your website. Quotometry measures it once and prices it on your machines, your materials and your rates, with a breakdown you would sign. In seconds.
Free plan, paid from €29 a month. No card. Live in an afternoon.

per file. Every option the buyer tries re-prices from it, instantly
Analyse once. Price every option.
The geometry is measured a single time. After that, every material, finish and quantity the buyer tries is priced from the same facts, so the number keeps up with their clicks.
- 01
The file arrives
STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP, or a DXF or SVG drawing for a flat part, straight into the widget on your page. Units are read from the file where it has them and guessed from the size where it does not.
- 02
The part is measured
Volume, area, envelope, true cross-sections layer by layer, overhangs, walls, cavities. Stored, immutable.
- 03
Your configuration applies
Your machines, materials, rates, labour, minimums and rules, as a versioned configuration you published.
- 04
A price with its working
A tree of named lines the buyer can read and you can defend. Shown at the depth you choose.
Computed by the real engine for the sample bracket against the FDM template that ships with Quotometry. Regenerated whenever the engine changes, so this page cannot drift from the product. How the engine works.
One engine. Each process priced on its own physics.
A powder part is a share of a build. A milled part is set-ups and removal. A laser part is cut length and pierces. Pricing them with one formula is how shops end up subsidising their worst jobs.
Additive
Parts grown layer by layer, priced from what the layers really cost.
Subtractive
Parts cut from stock, priced from set-ups, toolpaths and the stock itself.
Sheet and 2D
Flat parts cut and formed, priced from cut length, pierces, bends and the sheet.
Formative
Parts made in a mould, priced from the tool and the shots it makes.
Live processes are priced end to end; some, such as metal and moulding, go to your review by default. The rest are not built: Quotometry does not price them yet, and the widget does not offer them until it does. See the full process map.
A quoting desk that never closes.
This is the real widget, running against a demo shop. Drop a part in.
- The part is the hero. A CAD-style viewer with measure, section cut and wall-thickness views.
- Your choices, nobody else’s. Only the materials, finishes and lead times you decided to offer.
- Honest states. “Needs review” and “we’ll confirm” are first-class answers, not errors.
- Your brand. Your colours and font, inside a shadow root that cannot break your page.
- Accessible. Keyboard, screen reader and phone, built to WCAG 2.2 AA; the audit by a daily screen-reader user is still to come.
Prices you can prove before you publish them.
Quotometry is built for the person who owns the number. Every change is a draft you can test, every price is reproducible, and every estimate can be fitted to what your machines really do.
See what a change would have done
Re-price your recent quotes and golden parts against a draft before it goes live. Every line that moves, by how much.
Simulator CalibrationFitted to your machines
Give it three or more parts you have made, each with its real print time or weight. It fits the coefficients and shows the error before and after.
Versioned configurationDraft, publish, roll back
A quote stays bound to the version that priced it, so a buyer who comes back next month gets the same number.
DFMThe part that cannot be made, caught
Thin walls, trapped resin, parts too big for any machine: explained to the buyer before they order.
Order deliveryNo order lost, ever
Signed webhooks retried for 72 hours, with a log, replay and test-fire. Plus e-mail and an inbox with manual review.
AnalyticsWhere the buyers went
Parts analysed, prices shown, saved quotes and orders per configuration per day, and the funnel step where buyers stopped.
AnalyticsTwo lines on your page. Or a whole API.
Paste the snippet where the quote should be, or install the plugin. Under it is the same REST API the console uses, with an OpenAPI document, idempotency keys, test mode and signed webhooks.

Your buyers’ files are their intellectual property.
Private by default
Files are never publicly addressable; links are signed and expire. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Shops are isolated
Tenancy enforced again in the database with row-level security, and tested on every table.
Retention you choose
Files are kept as long as you set and deleted by a scheduled job, not by good intentions.
Never used for anything else
Not for training, not for benchmarks, not for examples. The draft terms say so too.
Asked before every first quote.
What is instant quoting software?
Software that turns a customer’s 3D file into a price without a person in the loop. The buyer uploads a part on your website, chooses material, finish and quantity, and sees a price computed from your machines, materials and rates. Quotometry does this in seconds, and shows the breakdown behind the number.
Which manufacturing processes does Quotometry price?
Today it prices FDM / FFF printing; SLA, DLP and LCD resin printing; SLS polymer printing; MJF and SAF printing; Metal 3D printing (DMLS, SLM, LPBF); PolyJet and material jetting; Binder jetting; CNC milling (3-axis, 3+2, 5-axis); CNC turning and mill-turn; Laser cutting; Waterjet and plasma cutting; Injection moulding; Vacuum casting end to end. Some of them go to the shop’s review by default: metal parts, injection moulding (always a budgetary estimate) and CNC from a mesh. Sheet metal fabrication and CNC routing are not built yet, and the widget does not offer them until they are.
How accurate are the prices?
The engine models the physics of each process (walls, infill and supports for FDM; build share for powder; set-ups and removal for CNC; cut length and pierces for a laser) from your own machine settings. The calibration tool fits the model to jobs you have already run and reports the error before and after, and the simulator shows how a change would have re-priced your recent quotes before you publish it.
Do I need a developer to put it on my website?
No. Paste two lines of HTML, or install the WordPress or Shopify plugin. If you do not have a website, switch on the hosted quoting page or build a shop website inside Quotometry. Developers get a REST API, a JavaScript SDK and signed webhooks.
Can buyers see my costs or margin?
No. The buyer sees only the lines you choose to show. Rates, costs, overhead and margin never leave the engine through the buyer’s door, by construction.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan to try it with a real shop. Paid plans start at €29 a month. Plans differ by quote requests, processes, seats and integrations; a re-price of a part already priced is never counted.
Your next quote can take a second.
